Our Services
- Global Supervisory System (SSG)
Our global supervisory system, SSG (Global Supervisory System), is a software and hardware architecture designed to monitor, control, and manage complex industrial processes remotely, centralizing information from multiple geographical locations.
These systems allow you to visualize and operate an entire plant, integrating data from various devices such as sensors, PLCs, SCADA systems, DCS systems, MES systems, ERP systems, and motors in real time.
Main Functions
- • Real-time data acquisition: Continuously collects critical information from field equipment.
- • Monitoring and visualization: Enables operators to view process status, trends, and alarms in real time.
- • Remote control: Allows sending commands to equipment, such as starting a pump or changing valve settings, from a centralized control room.
- • Historical logging and alarm management: Stores operational data to generate reports, trend analysis, and incident management, aiding in predictive maintenance. SSG Components
- 1. Sensors and Actuators: Physical devices that measure variables (temperature, pressure) and act on the process.
- 2. PLCs or RTUs (Remote Terminal Units): Field control equipment that communicates with the sensors and sends data to the main system.
- 3. Communications Network: Infrastructure that connects field devices to the control center.
- 4. Central System (HMI/Server): The SCADA software that processes information and presents it to the operator.
- 5. Central System (HMI/Server): The DCS software that processes information and presents it to the operator.
- 6. Central System (MES): The MES software that processes information and presents it to the operator.
- 7. Central System (ERP): The ERP software that processes information and presents it to the operator. Importance and Benefits
- • Centralization:Total control of production from a single point.
- • Energy Efficiency and Costs:Optimizes machinery performance, automatically detects leaks or failures, and reduces downtime, thus lowering operating costs.
- • Safety:Constant alarm monitoring to prevent accidents.
- • Scalability:Allows for the integration of new machines or plants into the existing system.
SSG systems are fundamental in industries such as energy, water treatment, manufacturing, food, and transportation.
